How to Use
- Use before a sauna or PEMF session, before bathing, or first thing when you wake up.
- Must keep both your body and the Supercharge Copper Body Brush dry at all times.
- Always start at your feet, brushing upward in long, firm strokes aimed towards the heart. You are following the direction that your lymph flows through your body.
- It is recommended to use the brush for 3-5 minutes.
- Follow your brushing session with a shower or bath to extend exfoliation benefits and rinse off impurities.
- Do not dry brush on sensitive skin (avoid eczema, psoriasis, or other skin issues). Do not use this brush on fragile skin (i.e. face, neck, and chest). Avoid wounds or damaged skin.

Do I need to shower, or apply any skin care products before Dry Brushing?
No, we recommend dry brushing before you shower and before applying any skincare products.
Can I Dry Brush every day?
Yes you can! It's a great way to energize your body. You will notice softer, glowing skin with continued use.
How does it benefit my Lymphatic system?
The lymphatic system doesn't have it's own pumping system the way the heart does. It's thought that dry brushing stimulates the lymph system and helps your body to flush out impurities.
What skincare products should be used after Dry Brushing?
We suggest using the HIGHERDOSE OXYTOCIN OIL after dry brushing to nourish skin deeply with its antioxidant and sea mineral-rich formula that helps to tone, soften, and ignite glowing skin. You can also use any moisturizing body lotion post dry brushing and showering.
Do I have to clean the SUPERCHARGE COPPER BODY BRUSH?
Not very often, but occasionally we suggest cleaning your brush.The natural antibacterial properties of copper help keep your dry brush cleaner than ordinary dry brushes. Still, we recommend occasional cleaning to extend the life of your brush and keep it in pristine condition.
Tap your brush on a dry towel with the bristles facing down to remove excess skin in the brush
Fill a bowl with boiling water and dip the bristles in. Try your best not to saturate the wood so you don't weaken the wood base.
You can add a few drops of disinfectant essential oil to the water (clove, tea tree, lemon, peppermint), HIGH-MAINTENANCE CLEANER, or a mild soap.
Rinse with fresh cold water. If using soap make sure no excess soap is left in the bristles.
Lay your brush to dry, bristles facing up. Do not use your brush again until your brush and the bristles are completely dry.
