Lixirskin Soft Clay Rubber rub-off formula combines enzymatic and mechanical exfoliation to leave the skin impeccable. Formulated with enzymes and supreme skin-saving white clay, Soft Clay Rubber purifies, refines and tones the skin and minimizes the appearance of pores, leaving it looking clear and smoothed.

“Some skins are fine and blessed with tiny pores. Others are thick and blessed with strength but have open pores that accumulate dead skin and sebum which turn into blackheads,” says Dr Colette Haydon. “This time I wanted to create a product that’s not for everyday use. Exfoliating bits in formulas aren’t always the sign of a good exfoliator, they can be irritating and abrasive and merely scratch the surface of the skin.”

Lixirskin’s Soft Clay Rubber is formulated with keratolytic enzymes

Keratolytic enzymes gently break down the keratin of dead cells that blocks pores, allowing the white clay to clear congestion and draw out impurities and excess sebum.

Once or twice a week, apply generously to dry skin, massage and pat for one minute and then ‘ruboff’ with your finger-tips. Where necessary, gently squeeze blackheads between two fingers and rinse well with warm water. You can also use as a mask, leave for five minutes and rinse.

Double hit use: For those with heavily congested skin, apply first as a rub off exfoliant then reapply as a mask. “Soft Clay Rubber is inspired by the true tradition of the French facial that always includes extraction.
